I believe the role of a therapist is to offer unconditional acceptance and walk alongside each client as they work through their issues. There are many different tools to help each client achieve their goals. Setting up a treatment plan with attainable goals with clear direction is essential in the counseling process. Each client comes with their own belief system. I am committed to helping clients find the inner peace that comes through relationships with people and God. I am trained in biblical principles and a Christian. Jesus is my savior. However as a counselor, I am here to help each person find their own path.

I can help. My specialties include PTSD/ trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and behavioral addictions. I see individuals, families and couples. I serve South Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Monroe or via telehealth.

Mental health issues are tough but there are proven ways to heal and grow. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you find your path to happy, joyous and free! To help you take your head knowledge and make it your heart knowledge.
